Why?
The idea of having a community platform for the people of the city of Aurroa, Colorado came about through the many conversations we had with fellow Aurorans. In our experience with grassroots politics we realized that the number of people who actually pay attention to the laws created by their leaders is miniscule in relation to the number of people their leaders actually represent. In order for healthy communities to exist, everyone must play an integral role in shaping the culture, norms, laws and mores of that community. After all, when we look at the community in which we call home, we see ourselves.
The goal of this movement is to help Aurorans realize their potential in shaping community. We will bring Aurorans together through the exchange of ideas.
Aurora Ideas is a data-driven, independent think tank that is always striving for the truth. Our work will always be open to the public and shared freely. Our vision is to turn the culmination of everyone’s stories and demands into effective laws that will enrich culture (specify), standard of living and inclusion / integration into the community.
